- Before using your pan; remove all packaging and stickers; then wash it in warm; soapy water; rinse; and dry thoroughly.
- To preserve the non-stick coating; avoid overheating the empty pan and never heat fat or oil until it burns.
- Remove the handle during cooking and do not expose the handle to flames to prevent overheating and extend its lifetime. Use the handle only to move pots or manipulate a pan on the stove. Make sure to remove the handle and lids before placing them in the oven.
- Avoid using knives and whisks on the non-stick surface; small marks or abrasions are typical and won't affect how well the coating works.
- Do not put the handle in the dishwasher.
- Never pour cold water into a hot pan to prevent warping; and for best care; hand wash your pan with hot water; dish detergent; and a sponge; avoiding scouring powders and pads.
- Additionally; we recommend not putting your pots and pans in the dishwasher; as aggressive detergents can harm aluminum parts.
