2. Has your appliance stopped working?

If your appliance is still under warranty, please contact our Customer Service through our Contact Us page for troubleshooting and support.

If your appliance is no longer under warranty, you can go directly to one of our approved repair centers. They’ll gladly assist you by providing a diagnosis and an estimate.

3. Is your appliance out of order?

Please contact one of our authorised repairers directly.

T-fal has accredited repair centres in the USA that repair appliances under and out of warranty, as well as sell accessories and spare parts.
